Services

We’d love to see you on Sunday!

Join us every Sunday at 10.30am

We aim to be real and relevant in our services. These often include informal interviews with people for whom the theme is personally meaningful—shared with honesty, openness, and vulnerability. The sermon (usually about 30 minutes) reflects on everyday life through the lens of the Bible and faith.

Teaching is offered, not imposed—it’s part of an ongoing conversation, not a list of fixed answers. Services also include music, prayer, and space to reflect.

Children

We don’t run separate children’s groups, but children are always welcome. Some use our family area (with crafts and toys), which is part of the main worship space. We sometimes include a short All Age talk as part of the service.

Membership

We encourage people to spend about a year with us before considering membership, allowing time to build relationships and understand our church culture. An exception is when someone is baptised by us, as we see baptism and membership as naturally linked. Serving roles are based on calling, character, competence, and chemistry (being a team player).

Life Groups

Life Groups are open to members who’d like to take part. These are relaxed spaces to reflect on a recent service or explore important topics—always through conversation, not teaching at. There’s no pressure to speak, but space is made for everyone who wants to.

Baptism, Infant Dedication, Weddings & Funerals

We’re always glad to welcome visitors, and it’s a joy when people feel at home and want to journey with us. From time to time, we’re asked about baptisms, dedications, weddings, and funerals. Here’s a brief outline of how we approach these important moments:

Baptism
We offer believer’s baptism for those who haven’t been baptised as believers, including those christened as infants who now wish to make their own public profession of faith.

Infant Dedication
We offer dedications when the parent(s) or guardian(s) are part of the church community, even if not members. This ensures the promises made are genuine and relational.

Weddings
Weddings are primarily for church members. The minister may also consider marrying others who are part of the church community and exploring membership. We believe weddings should arise from a relationship with the church community, rather than the building being seen as a venue.

We are registered to marry both opposite-sex and same-sex couples.

Funerals
The minister conducts funerals for members and, at times, for others who are regularly part of the church community.
